Originally founded as a online real estate service, List Residential created a real estate transaction platform to make the home buying and selling process automated.  After many years and many sales, we quickly realized that personal service is paramount. For our clients, the most important aspect of service was feeling comfortable with the transaction.  Buying or selling a home is the largest transaction people will face in their lifetimes and the amount of commissions or rebates doesn't make this transaction less stressful.  We provide lux real estate services, that is our promise.  We will earn your trust, and will work with you to outline a fair commission or rebate structure that represents the realistic scenarios of today's real estate market.

Unlike most real estate offices, we believe that experienced real estate agents should keep the majority of their commission.  We have an unprecedented commission fee structure to enable you to focus on your individual client needs and not high volume transaction pushing.

 

Qualifications

  • A great personality.
  • A strong passion for real estate.
  • A unique technical background.
  • At least four years of experience within a real estate office.
  • College degree preferred, or at least ten years of professional experience.
