Commissions - Whether helping close a multi-million dollar deal or the value conscious first time home transaction, we believe in commissions that make sense.  There is no doubt that the work of a real estate salesperson is extremely important and deserving of a fair commission.  However, we believe that the quality of service is independent of the transaction value, so fixed percentages are often too much and in some cases too little.  Our agents help our clients buy and sell properties with commissions that match the level of effort provided - not the value of the transaction.
